Those of you who know me a little, usually know that I will eat most things. I am not on the whole a terribly picky eater and left to my own devices can consume almost anything without getting sick.
There are several catagories of things that I will not eat, for example:
-unprocessed animals. (sushi is processed) -most insects. -candy that is culturally dutch. -ect.
However today I add something new to my list.
-food that once cooked not only retains but GENERATES heat.
Now I don't have problems with fermented stuff, some of my favorate beers had been fermented at some point in time, but two distinctions should be made.
1. That fermentation was done professionally 2. The fermented ingrediants did not begin as borsht.
That is all.
